📋 Return Eligibility Requirements
Returns must be initiated within 5 calendar days of delivery
To qualify for a return, your timepiece must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn Condition: The watch must be in completely unworn and unaltered condition, with no signs of use or wear
- Original Packaging: All original packaging materials, boxes, and protective wrapping must be included and undamaged
- Complete Documentation: Original tags, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity, and all accompanying paperwork must be present
- Purchase Receipt: The original receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the return
- No Modifications: No bracelet sizing, engraving, or any alterations whatsoever
💳 Store Credit Only
All eligible returns are processed as store credit. This credit can be applied toward any future purchase from our extensive luxury timepiece collection.
Important Notice
Items that do not meet all eligibility criteria will not be accepted for return. Wrist Aficionado retains sole discretion in determining the eligibility of returned merchandise based on condition assessment by our expert team.
🚫 Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the integrity of our luxury marketplace and protect the value of exclusive timepieces, the following categories are considered final sale and are non-returnable under any circumstances:
Brand New Watches
All brand new, unworn timepieces purchased from our inventory
Special Orders
Watches specially sourced or ordered at the client's specific request
Custom Pieces
Engraved watches or any timepieces with custom modifications
Leather Goods
Handbags, leather accessories, and related luxury items
Final Sale Items
Any product explicitly marked as "Final Sale" at time of purchase
🔍 Condition of Returned Merchandise
Our quality assurance team conducts a thorough inspection of all returned items. Returned merchandise must be in the exact condition as sold, with absolutely no exceptions.
- Zero Wear Signs: No scratches, scuffs, or marks of any kind on the case, crystal, or bracelet
- Original Sizing: Bracelet must not have been resized or adjusted in any way
- No Damage: No water damage, impact damage, or cosmetic imperfections
- Complete Components: All links, pins, protective stickers, and accessories must be present
- Packaging Integrity: Original boxes and packaging materials in pristine condition
Return Void Conditions
Any signs of wear, bracelet sizing, damage, missing components, or deviation from original condition will immediately void return eligibility. Our inspection process is thorough and non-negotiable.

For our valued international clients, please be aware of the following important information regarding cross-border transactions:
Customs & Duties: Wrist Aficionado is not responsible for any delays, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees associated with international shipping. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Refundable Fees: Customs fees, import duties, VAT, and sales tax paid on international orders are non-refundable under any circumstances, even if the item is returned for store credit.
Return Shipping: International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using insured, trackable shipping methods for high-value timepieces.
